Working tax credits
We are now registered with Ofsted and parents who are eligible for working tax credits may use them to pay for sessions at the centre. We believe claims may be backdated to our date of registration (April 30th 2009) or 3 months, whichever is the shorter.
We are registered with Busy Bees, Accor and Gemelli childcare vouchers and can accept these vouchers in part payment of sessions.

Directions to the Centre
If you search 'Google Maps' for: 'Kip McGrath Milton Keynes' you will see our balloon.
Drive along the V6 until you are opposite Central Milton Keynes railway station.
Turn up into Midsummer Boulevard by the big Abbey National building.
Pass Chiquitos and Weatherspoons on your left.
You will see the Clydesdale bank.
Turn left into that street. That is the street we are on – Upper 4th Street.We are at number 272, on the first floor, above Geoffrey Leaver solicitors.
The office next door is Venture Photography and the office opposite is Morgans Estate Agents.
Parking outside the building is for permit holders only until 6p.m. including Saturday and Sunday but there is cheap parking in the first part of Upper 4th Street, opposite the Thai restaurant, or in adjacent streets.
Please make sure you have parked correctly as the traffic wardens’ office is in our street.

Fees
Our fees are currently £25 per 80-minute session. This equates to just under £19 per hour.
If you purchase 5 sessions in advance, the fee is £24 per session (£120).
If you purchase 10 lessons in advance, the fee is £23 per session (£230).
We are now registered with Ofsted, so eligible parents may use working tax credits to help with our fees.
We also accept child care vouchers. Please ask when you call.
Contacting us
There is normally someone at the centre to answer queries from 10:00 am until 8:00 pm weekdays and from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm on Saturdays, and during session times on Sunday. If possible, please avoid phoning at the session changeover times, as office staff can be very busy then.
We do have an out-of-hours answer service available but if you wish to speak to someone directly please call during the hours above.

We are always happy to hear from prospective tutors. If you think you would like to tutor in our centre, please ask us for an information pack and application form. Note that all tutors must have a teaching qualification and must undergo enhanced clearance by the CRB.

Fees
See above for our current fee structure.
Enrolment is subject to an initial fee of £50, which covers a small administration fee and pays for a student's last two sessions with us; so you are actually paying two weeks in advance.
Note that lesson fees and the initial fee are not refundable, so please ensure that when you purchase sessions you are confident they can be taken.
We can only accept cash or cheque payments. Please make cheques payable to: Kip McGrath CMK.
Missed sessions
All missed sessions need to be paid for including sessions missed if you go on holiday. We offer a make-up session for any session missed so that you do not lose out. However, if you are going to be away for an extended time you may prefer to unenrol your child and re-enrol on your return.
Make-up sessions must be taken at a time other than the student’s normal session time, and must be taken within 2 months of missing the session. Make up sessions may not be carried over to a time after unenrolment.
The student’s personal study programme will be followed in make-up sessions but we cannot guarantee that the session will be with the student’s usual teacher.
You are, of course, not committed to paying for lessons falling outside our term dates.
Unenrolment
When the time comes to unenrol, you must ensure that: all paid sessions have been taken (including make-up sessions) and that you inform us at least 14 days in advance. Your initial fee of £50 will then cover the last two sessions.
Please note that you may forfeit fees if you do not follow these rules carefully.
